To my knowledge it is being brought up by Tom Brake MP - Lib-Dem Carshalton and Wallington. It is a public debate so the public can watch from the public gallery but not participate. Some Henderson ex-residents are going there and perhaps some current residents? There has also been some disscussion of also standing outside and giving out badges and leaflets.
